The Influence of Psychological Capital on Employees’ Innovative Behavior: Mediating Role of Employees’ Innovative Intention and Employees’ Job Satisfaction

The study investigates the impact of psychological capital on employees’ innovative behavior through mediating effect job satisfaction and intention in small medium enterprises (SMEs) sector Saudi Arabia. A sample 204 respondents participated from various working without restricting specific sectors to check common multiple sectors. data hypotheses testing analysis were made with partial least squares–based structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). revealed that positively affects satisfaction, behavior, intention. Furthermore, also correlated while there was no connection between behavior. Concerning indirect relationships, findings played a role However, did not mediate relationship These suggest importance influencing employees. Hence, is need continue developing it among employees ensure better output.
